Hinged aluminum diamond-plate hatch with optional gas-strut assistance for wet areas
The Hinged Non-Slip Pool Equipment Hatch provides access to pool equipment rooms, wet walkways and outdoor service areas. Its textured lid is intended for locations where water or cleaning residues may be present.
The lid uses 2 mm aluminum diamond plate with a powder-coated finish. The final support and surface conditions should be checked by the installer, especially where people walk over the closed hatch.
Concealed hinges keep the opening mechanism at the perimeter. Gas struts can be specified when the lid size, finish and handling effort make lift assistance useful.
A mechanical safety stay can hold the lid open during maintenance. A 9 cm perimeter gutter with a 50 mm (2 in) outlet can route rainwater to the connection defined by the drainage design.
Send the opening dimensions, floor finish, expected traffic, hinge position and drainage plan. These details determine the hardware and support required for the custom configuration.
