Recessed hatch with motorized opening, remote control and manual emergency release
The Motorized Pool Equipment Access Hatch provides remote or wall-button opening for a pool equipment room. It is intended for projects where a heavy or finish-covered lid would be difficult to lift by hand.
The structure uses reinforced 2 mm aluminum and a 13 mm recessed tray for a compatible porcelain, stone or deck finish up to the specified thickness. The finish weight must be included in the motor and support selection.
Electric motors open and close the hatch according to the selected controls. The control layout, power supply and safety requirements must be defined with the responsible installer.
A manual emergency release allows access if power is unavailable. The hatch can also include a 9 cm perimeter gutter with a 50 mm (2 in) outlet to connect to the planned drainage system.
Provide the opening dimensions, finish weight, control preference, power conditions, emergency access, ventilation and drainage details. The final motorized configuration is confirmed from these project requirements.
