Cistern Access Hatch with Perimeter Rubber Seal

The Cistern Access Hatch provides access to underground cisterns, rainwater reservoirs and other technical tanks. It is made to the opening and maintenance conditions defined for the project.

The lid uses 3 mm aluminum diamond plate with a powder-coated finish. The textured surface provides a defined grip for maintenance access, while the final material suitability depends on the environment and cleaning plan.

A perimeter rubber gasket is intended to reduce the entry of surface runoff, dirt and insects when the hatch is installed and closed correctly. Drainage and waterproofing around the tank opening remain part of the site design.

Safety hardware can include a locking stay and a padlock hasp. Gas struts may assist lifting when the size and lid weight require them.
